A former Managing Director of Real Estate and Services for Union Bank of Switzerland and Deutsche Bank, James also holds several Non-Executive Director appointments with companies serving City clients.

Progressive experience of corporate Moves, Adds and Changes for Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and CBRE prepared John to found and manage MDC Consultancy. Attracting and servicing the needs of clients such as Barclays Capital and Carillion, whilst cementing the link to and ultimate partnership with Border Graphics Ltd, John has laid the foundations for his role leading the development of The BGM Group, it’s people, services and commitment, to serve a growing and demanding client base.

Kevin is championing the extension of integrated solutions and support across the Group. Grounded in engineering, software development and implementation, Kevin founded BGL in 1992 and led it’s subsequent growth. He has managed cable installation and management projects for clients such as Standard Life and Lehman Brothers, extending into database tools for Infrastructure Management and ultimately Move Management, notably for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Marc gained 12 years experience in the property divisions of Dresdner Kleinwort and Arthur Andersen, managing both internal moves and large scale relocation projects. His wealth of experience has provided him with an invaluable insight and understanding of both client and end user requirements and expectations. Marc now leads the BGM Group teams that deliver consistent solutions across diverse and complex move management projects.

Jonathan leads the delivery of integrated IM and IIM solutions for BGM Group clients. He is an Information Systems and Management specialist, with significant expertise and practical experience in cable installation and management, Data Centre solutions and Infrastructure Management. Jonathan has grown within BGL, delivering solutions for key clients such as Virgin Media, BP and University of Warwick.

An experienced facilities and building occupancy professional with that ‘extra mile’ attitude, Richard has earned a reputation for getting the job done. He has been leading major workplace change projects, alongside daily churn events, for more than ten years. He developed his FM skills at NatWest, covering moves, changes and fit-out, whilst as National Contract Manager for KPMG Richard delivered successful projects in partnership with clients, suppliers and end-users.
